I am supposed to write a term paper about Scottish law enforcement so I need good sources. Not Wikipedia or anything of that nature. I need to talk about the jurisdiction, duties, and discretion of the officers, and their general policing philosophy. Also, Job Satisfaction, public relations, integrity etc.
Anything related to those subjects would be good. Books and peer reviewed articles. Please suggest anything you think would be helpful.
