They don’t bring in real budget and tax experts and the kind of people who run the numbers and projections. The concentrate on Sarah Palin’s wardrobe and McCain’s beer heiress wife. Actually, the media has consistently used high profile women to mock and attack.

Think about it. Think of how the media destroyed Hillary with trivia headlines and choosing trivia instead of numbers and economic projections and analysis. In the long run, it will be the numbers that tell the story for the next four years. Get real. The media has nominated and is virtually putting their candidate into office, as it stands. Note, they toss in some bones for the opposition now and then. The facts are the facts, and the rest is fantasy and emotion. “Change” is an appealation to the imagination and they engineered this campaign accordingly. That is the strategy and the tactics include ACORN and highflown rhetoric. Stilted English, loosely defined relying on personal dreams and fantasy. All that will evaporate in short order and the numbers will tell the real story. Get real.

This whole election is bogus and being treating like the promotion of the World Series or Super Bowl. A collosal public relations stunt. Truth is, Obama’s team is better at this PR stunt than McCain. His pride and sense of honor will likely cause him to lose. Even the blacks will live to regret this move when the going gets really tough. The numbers and facts are very persistent.


Despite his public-relations blitz over the past two weeks to promote his plans to reform the nation’s health-care system — including holding two town halls on Wednesday — President Barack Obama has lost ground on this issue with the American public, according to the latest NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll.

The Cherokee Freedmen were voted out of the Cherokee Natioin as citizens in a vote in March 2007. California Senator Diane Watson introduced legislation to remove federal recognition of the Cherokee Nation, taking with that vote away all federal funding and the tribe’s right to gameing. I’m curious if the possibility really exist that Watson could get such a bill through the house and senate. I’m not sure how the government, politicians, view the tribes, particularly the Cherokee, and what they are doing in their Nations/governments. I’m most curious about what the lobbying efforts, costing perhaps as much as 1M or more, will do for the Cherokee, if anything. And, I’m also interested in what the public image is of these events and if the public relations campaign of the C.N. is helping cure that image.

Extensive research was conducted by the Jawa Report to determine the source of smears directed toward Republican Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin. Those smears included false allegations that she belonged to a secessionist political party and that she has radical anti-American views.

Their research suggests that a subdivision of one of the largest public relations firms in the world most likely started and promulgated rumors about Sarah Palin that were known to be false.

These rumors were spread in a surreptitious manner to avoid exposure.

It is also likely that the PR firm was paid by outside sources to run the smear campaign. While not conclusive, evidence suggests a link to the Barack Obama campaign.

• Evidence suggests that a YouTube video with false claims about Palin was uploaded and promoted by members of a professional PR firm.

• The family that runs the PR firm has extensive ties to the Democratic Party, the netroots, and are staunch Obama supporters.

• Evidence suggests that the firm engaged in a concerted effort to distribute the video in such a way that it would appear to have gone viral on its own. Yet this effort took place on company time.

• Evidence suggests that these distribution efforts included actions by at least one employee of the firm who is unconnected with the family running the company.

• The voice-over artist used in this supposedly amateur video is a professional.

• This same voice-over artist has worked extensively with David Axelrod’s firm, which has a history of engaging in phony grassroots efforts, otherwise known as “astroturfing.”

• David Axelrod is Barack Obama’s chief media strategist.

• The same voice-over artist has worked directly for the Barack Obama campaign.

This suggests that false rumors and outright lies about Sarah Palin and John McCain being spread on the internet are being orchestrated by political partisans and are not an organic grassroots phenomenon led by the left wing fringe. Their findings follow.
