The service you chose is very much an individual choice.
I picked aweber when I started and I’m still with them several years later. It’s great for intergrating with membership sites, and it has a new html editor that allows you to create some pretty stylish opt-in boxs for your sites if you’re using a squeeze page / blog.
Whatever you decide make sure that in a few months / years time you will still be happy as moving a list can be difficult due to the issues around the IP address and can spam.
