While I don’t agree with giving in to terrorism I think this is an interesting question. Is there anything that the countries in the west could actually do to stop the current campaign of Islamic terrorism?
I’m not even aware of what their demands are – I think that the Islamic terrorists, if they want to achieve anything other than wholesale murder, need to get some public relations going. At the moment they’re just seen as murdering lunatics, who prey on ordinary families going on holiday etc. Is this what they want? Are their demands just not shown by the Western media?
Do they have any aim other than to kill innocent people?

I am a 22 year old black female and have never dressed professional before this…so i have to go get a few things for this internview. Just curious on your suggestions. I am a Journalism and Media studeis major at Rutgers univ. I am interviewing at RCA Music Group, Jive Records and Madison Square Garden in the departments of promotions/publicity and media relations. I want to get into event planning for music industry .

I have a fledgling clothing company men’s sportswear. I have the factory on-board to make the products. I have the marketing materials competed, which feature a famed ex-male model. I have the public relations campaign ready to go – press release written, updated journalist list – targeted to precise markets.

And I am now ready to take item prototypes to the MAGIC show in Vegas. At the show I will very likely walk out with orders for product that I will need to fill immediately.

But I do not have the funds to get the stuff made. Any advice? Actual advice?

Palin is being accused of abusing her power by influencing someone to fire another, yet there is no proof.

Obama on the other hand has various associations with terrorist individuals and scandalous cronies – yet we don’t hear about that.

Whats wrong with today’s media? If it is true that Palin influenced someone to fire someone else, how can that be worse than someone associating with terrorist and evil individuals who put our country at risk?

Where is the American honor and pride in our country?

I am 33 year old bright, entrepreneurial-orientated as well as ever positive, success-determined guy coming from a rich sales and events hosting background who has always been passionate about naturally gifted beautiful women thus now striving to reach such a business opportunity of being actively involved within the fields of beauty, fashion and/or photomodelling whereby I could liaise with stunning women and enjoy a rewarding income out of it at the same time.

I am a recent college graduate with a degree in Marketing and Communications. I am going in for an interview soon with two companies and I want to know what sort of questions they would ask regarding my education. Would they ask anything specific about what I studied (ie. What are the 4 P’s of Marketing), or would it be more about my experience and where I want to go in the future? If so, I might want to brush up on a few things.

I want to work in advertising/PR but don’t know which degree will be better for my career.

I have an EPEC, most job vacancies online requires that applicants be a Singaporean PR or holder of a relevant residency status in Singapore, will the EPEC be later made equivalent to a relevant residency status in Singapore?

Dear Television Advertisers,

I do not get to see your advertisements… therefore, I probably haven’t bought your revolutionary new product.
“Why is that?” I hear you asking…
Well, when I hear the words “Britney” or “Paris” or “new reality show” – I simply pick up the remote and turn off my TV for the rest of the day.

I am part of a growing movement of concerned citizens that has begun to fight back against ignorance and uselessness in American media…
In fact, I know a couple who just chucked their entire entertainment system… it went into the garbage.

There are more of us every day.
If you want to reach us as consumers you must do the following:

1. Create products that benefit us.
2. Make your products in the USA to provide jobs.
3. Demand advertising spots in valuable, intelligent programs that benefit society.
