Angry at the fact that grassroots Americans have been able to stop the pro-illegal immigration lobby from giving amnesty to illegals in the U.S., the Mexican government is doing something unheard of: Mexico is launching a “public relations” advertising campaign — across the United States of America — to “change American opinions” on illegal immigration!
According to news reports from both MSNBC and the Spanish-language network “Telemundo”, Mexican President Felipe Calderon has announced “that the [Mexican] government would finance a public relations campaign aimed at reversing Americans’ negative perceptions” of illegal immigrants… and illegal immigration. Reports say that Mexico “would budget an undisclosed amount for a campaign inside the United States to ‘win the battle of public opinion’ by highlighting inspirational ’success stories’ of Mexican immigrants who had prospered in American society.”
So this is their latest tactic — to spend millions of dollars in an advertising campaign across America to convince you and I that illegal immigration is “OK” and we just need to stop “discriminating” against illegals — just give them Amnesty and “move on….”FORGET IT! We are NOT going to take this lying down — we are going to FIGHT BACK with our OWN nationwide ad campaign demanding secure borders and enforcement of laws AGAINST illegal immigration!

Relax and get over it. This country needs illegal labor, you don’t believe it? check out Arizona, the state is going bankcrupt after hundreds of illegals left the state. What’s wrong with decent people who just want to WORK in anything? then let’s have white people go to the fields and pick the lettuce from the ground instead of watching soap operas and talk shows and waiting for the welfare check and food stamps.

Of course illegal immigrants are great for out capitalist economy.
1) Why are we exporting all of our high paying manufacturing jobs to low wage countries? To drive down labor and benefit costs. This increases profit which drives up stock prices which kicks the Dow Jones Average up. Which means the economy is doing better.
2) low paying service sector jobs- phone banks, processing centers, help lines. Are also being sent overseas to lower wage countries. Again lower wages= higher profit= higher stock prices= better economy.
3) house construction and remodelling jobs cannot be exported. It is only fair, in the interest of lower wages, higher profit, stronger economy that cheaper labor be imported to drive the waga cost of doing business down.
4) Ask any economist. Corporate profit is good and low wages is the key to higher profit. It is called competitive advantage.

America runs ads in the Middle East and they put IEDs under our vehicles. I wouldn’t worry too much about a Mexican ad campaign.
Why is everybody so obsessed with this issue. America will be connected to Mexico regardless of who wins.
If you want to stop immigration go after the employers.

I’m glad to see this guy trying to stop the anti-illegals.
Nothing could hurt the cause of the pro-illegals and pro-amnesty people more than some foreign ruler trying to tell Americans what laws we can create and enforce in our own country.
I hope he inspires them to go on some protest marches, with bigger Mexican flags this time, so people with small TVs can see them better.

We need another Teddy Roosevelt. Speak softly and carry a big stick. No way ANY foreigner would have been allowed to even think of doing such a thing under Teddy’s watch. We need to send Calderon packing along with HIS citizens.
Maybe he should spend his millions in his own country helping the people that are there instead of trying to convice us to keep the people that are here and he doesn’t want.
