I want to pursue a Degree in Communications, with an emphasis in Public Relations. What would be a good minor to pursue? Thanks for you suggestions!
Would an English degree be beneficial?

My new company will be up and running shortly (3 to 5 weeks). We are leasing slightly smaller space than we need, cutting back on computer needs, saving saving saving where we can…in hopes that by spending that money on PR and marketing that we can start off with a bang.
Who has good recommendations for PR firms for small biz? What about marketing and advertising? I don’t want to end up with too big a firm because I think I will not be considered a serious account….and I worry that a small firm might not have the expertise I need. Any thoughts???

I have a meeting with this woman at PR (public relations) firm to find out more about the career. Our meeting is about an hour long, and I need some questions to ask her. A list of things I’d like her to answer about the career. Any ideas of some key questions that could really give me insight into the world of PR to ask her?? thanks so much in advance =]

I am currently going to a 2 year school in central Indiana for my Associates in Marketing. What kind of jobs can I expect to get after I earn my degree. I was also thinking of possibly getting my Associates in Marketing and transferring to a 4 year school and getting my bachelors in Public Relations. Is this a good idea?
Also after I finish my Associates in Marketing my boyfriend and I are planning on moving to LA so he can pursue a degree and career in film. Do you think that any 4 year colleges in California will accept my community college credits? I know that the school I am going to is able to transfer credits to almost every 4 year college here in Indiana.
What is your advice? Thanks!

people told me that am crazy because am not rich and it is not my domain ( i stady traduction and politics relations) and I need rich investor to open my own company ( X air ways)

Careers such as accounting, public relations, communications, finance, and etc.

I am asking this because I really dont understand how this happened. Id there some clause that says “if you are on the brink of failure, we can steal all of your stuff and stick the bill with your shareholders?” How did an entity, sort of like Freddie mac in the sense that it is not a government entity, but a private corporation with certain government like powers, Take another private Corporation’s assets, and sell them off. I really do not understand how this happened.

Please no political rants, only educated answers.

I did lose some money on the deal and can’t get any answers from investor relations, so I am really hoping one of the million people on here can let me in on the little secret.

I’m looking for detailed targeted customer profiles (demographic and psychographic). Would Investor relations know and help? Or should I scrounge around and deduce from their adverts?

I am doing research for a project. I would want to hire a small local (massachusetts/nh) company. I would need them only to write and publish press releases, and to write material for our website.

Thanks!

I need to increase business?

I have a business that summarizes publicly traded companies SEC filings. I market directly to the Investor Relations department. I know that my product is good, but reception has been cold. I know that it is due, in part, to my size and an unfamiliarity with the product. Can anybody offer some advice as to how I can close some sales.

Much appreciated,
