I keep looking for a great way to get started in the public relations field now that I have my degree but it seems like most jobs out there require five or more years experience. What do you do?

There has been a recent rise in cost for organic foods, how would places, such as Whole Foods markets and Wild Oats, increase its sales despite less ppl being able to afford the cost of organic foods?

What would a Public Relations firm do to help bring up the sales for organic foods?

To be a little more specific, I’m a sophomore in college, going towards getting a public relations degree. However, I’ve always loved being in a hopsital environment. Is there anything I could do maybe in a business management or public relations kind of aspect in a hospital?

Thanks=]
