I’m sorry, I can’t give you the best school. I suggest that you look into Seton Hill University, Duquesne University or Point Park University. I have heard that their programs are good, but I don’t have any firsthand experience with these schools.
However, I graduated from St. Vincent College with a BA in Communications – Public Relations in the late 90’s, and I do not recommend their program at all based on my experience. I do not feel that their program prepared me adequately at all for this field. In fact, I have worked in the insurance industry ever since shortly after I graduated.
