Can someone tell me how to obtain an entry-level position in Public Relations in Chicago?

If you do not have a background or a Degree in P R forget it. Unless you can sell yourself to a P R corp. If you have listed your resume on that many headhunter sites how long has it been since you have had an answer. If it has been some time than you need to look over your resume. Go to an expert to re-work it. That may help you.
